The owner of this property wanted to match an existing entrance at the front of her house.
We removed the dated concrete steps, and installed a new landing pad with a pea gravel walkway. The existing walkway was uneven, so during the process we also completed a "Lift & Relay" to a small section of the walkway.

Just a little throwback to this project from last summer, with all the finishing touches completed after our departure!
The homeowners here were fantastic to work for, and gave us a run for our money with the elbow grease they put into the backyard as well! 💪

We brought a sharp and modern look to this backyard pad using Techobloc Blu Grande slabs, with thier Raffinato steps!
It was also a great opportunity to use some fun technology with a vacuum lifter as the slabs each weighed 110 lbs, and the steps were 350 lbs each and had to be gently put in place!

We recently had the opportunity to build this 90 foot retaining wall. The homeowner was EXTREMELY impressed. 🙏

Last year the homeowner here was taken advantage of by a "landscaper" 🙄 who turned her front yard into a jungle.

We came in to fix it up, and as you can see she has every reason to be thrilled!

A minimum of two - three years experience is required. Looking for someone who has foundational understandings of:
● Minor excavation processes
● Knowledge of gravel base preparations
● Slab / Paver / Step installation
● Ability to assess grades & slope for the purposes of excavation, proper drainage and more.
● Soil type assessments
● Material calculating
● Competent math skills
● Knowledge involved with high end garden installations & care
● Ability to read blueprints/ drawings
● Snow plow and salting experience, with ability to make decisions based on current weather conditions and forecasts
● Common Landscaping equipment operations

🔥Leadership Qualities🔥
● Ability to lead by example strength of character and positive morale
● Ability to communicate in a healthy & positive manner with team & clients
● Ability to mitigate team & client concerns
● Ability to handle situations in a manner that prevents unnecessary conflics, and properly handle them when they arise
● Ability to properly record necessary information

● G- Class license with clean driving record is required.

We finally got the new plow on today! It took a fair amount of work and some solid troubleshooting, but BIG shout out to my friends over at Natura Landscape Supply for helping me out with the install!!
