A self starting hustler. As a co founder of earth rated (your pets favourite bag to p**p in) it was no easy journey from rags to bag$.Moving out from home at age of 13 and figuring out how to make money in his teenage years only further drove his motivation to succeed. Going from door to door sales , telemarketing , dishwashing and cooking (yes he makes sushi) to make ends meet. He started multiple successful companies with his business partner he met throug a mutual friend. They started up companies largely in importing Luxury home products and eventually stumbled upon the success of earth rated.

When Laurson called a month and said I wanted to create a group of likeminded people and bring them together for a masterminding / sharing session. I said GO FOR IT. Let’s do it without even thinking - how and when but I said how can I help. Fast forward ⏩ one month later HE EXECUTED the event with 35 like minded people Along with 10 speakers.

I am grateful for the opportunity as I was one of the 10 guest who shared by personal story and how to invest apartment buildings out of province remotely.

Due diligence cost spend on this is was the Property walk through with my team their time, Renvation quotes by our contracting team - their hourly cost, Inspection cost n report for 44 units. Plus Rajan and my time on this.

Reason we are sharing this is we wanted to know not all deals work, be transparent about what’s happening rather than sharing info.

We won’t give up.

What is Pongal?

Pongal is a harvest festival celebrated by the Tamil community. It is a celebration to thank the Sun, Mother Nature and the various farm animals that help to contribute to a bountiful harvest. Celebrated over four days, Pongal also marks the beginning of the Tamil month called Thai, which is considered an auspicious month. It usually falls on the 14th or 15th of January each year.

Pongal is also the name of the dish made and eaten during this festival. It is a mixture of boiled sweet rice. It is derived from the Tamil word pongu, which means “to boil over”.
