When someone asks how often they should practice… Yes…everyday Don’t get me wrong there are many different ways to practice. Whether that is intense power yoga, a heavy workout, or a light stretch with some deep breathing it should be EVERY DAY. Your body is meant to move, your heart is meant to pump, your mind is meant to be stimulated, your soul is supposed to be nourished. A little bit each day adds up to a lot. Consistency is key. 🗝
