About this Event
Spring Fling Menu

Chef Maggie is preparing another mouth watering meal. This time to celebrate Spring. Let's hope we can enjoy it outdoors with a few people in our bubbles.

Appetizer: Fava bean crostini with pecorino and mint

Salad: Shaved Asparagus and watermelon radish salad with lemon basil vinaigrette and almonds, raisins and arugula

Main: Choice of Lobster or Mushroom stuffed Cornish hen wrapped in proscuitto with bechamel, carrots, celery, and shallots, accompanied by leek and potato gratin

Dessert: Creamy French Vanilla slice with puff pastry and custard

Join me in a toast with some Bubbly, then enjoy your main course with either a Bachelder 2018 Chardonnay Mineralite or the Bachelder 2019 Parfum Pinot Noir. If you order wine, you can pick them up with your meal.
