Another great practice focusing on blocking, and footwork/exchanges on throws to bases! Thank you to @Camrose Minor Ball for having me out to work with their 13U, 15U and 18U Catchers. In two hours these players put in the work, their coaches learned new techniques and now they have documented practice plans and drills to use for the rest of their season. All the best Cougars!
