This is why I love what I do! When designs turn out so beautifully! What makes this cake even better was collaborating with my best friend Morgan! Her flower work is phenomenal!

This wedding cake will be my last bake here in Alberta. Batter Up will be making a move back to Saskatchewan where it originated.

Batter up will be taking a hiatus for the summer as I’ll be moving back to my hometown in Saskatchewan until mid-end of September.

My beautiful girl came into my photo studio after I snapped photos of my last cake! Of course I had to take a quick pic of her gorgeousness! 😻

What a beaut!! This cake may not look heavy but boy oh boy it is! This baby is 7 cakes tall reaching 10” of just cake! Add on the toppings and we’re sitting at just over 12” in height!

Everything is edible except for the suspending balls!

Ferrero Rocher!!

This beauty is chocolate cake filled with milk chocolate ganache and roasted hazelnuts! Topped with chocolate buttercream, ganache drip, roasted hazelnuts and Ferrero rocher balls and bars!
