Exciting updates….Magic Pantry is now working out of The Culinary Coworking Kitchen…and We are providing fresh soups for Fringe Coffee AND we have lovely shelf stable soups for sale at Greenbriar Market! Big shout out to these three wonderful businesses. There are very few places open for lunch on Bowness Road, so it is very exciting for all of us locals to have a great place for artisan soups and sandwiches. Culinary Coworking makes it possible for me to have a job and Greenbriar Market is my favourite little store on this planet! It has been a minute since I've posted any information here about Magic Pantry but we've been very busy with the relaunch of Magic Pantry Products and Services. As you may or may not know, the little store that I owned with my sister has closed at the end of November...BUT...there has been such an out pouring of love and support that an opportunity to continue to serve the community has opened up for us.

2 MAJOR THINGS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!!!

The Magic Pantry Marketplace has been turned into a board game cafe. However, we maintain a Magic Pantry presence in the new Bowness Board Game Cafe. You will still be able to come down and get your pickles, preserves, breads, baking and of course...SALSA.

The Bowness Board Game Cafe will be opening within a few days here so please keep your eyes open. We will make announcements here.

We have also teamed up with Greenbriar Market...which if you have not been...it is such a cute little local marketplace and refillery.

I highly recommend stopping by and saying "Hi!"

We are hosting our first ever Magic Pantry Market Day on Saturday January 21st FROM 11 am - 5 pm. We will be having a FREE tastings and YES...there will be salsa there!

I am very sad to announce we are closing the doors to The Magic Pantry Marketplace.

We tried so hard to make our little Marketplace work, but the expenses were just too much to keep up with and funding is sparse for businesses like ours.

We want to thank all of our vendors for being so supportive and understanding during our hard times, our customers for purchasing local and hanging out with us, it made our days worth doing, and thank you to our families for helping us build this place.

While this is the end of The Magic Pantry we will still always be passionate about local food products and purchasing from our neighbours. The talent in food products that is in this province is unbelievable and we are so proud we got the privilege to be apart of it even if it was for just a short while.

Stay tuned tomorrow for next steps, we will be having a blow out sale.
