Spooky Gelato Cookie Sandwiches! 👻 ~ Line up and bake up the @pillsburyCanada cookies, you'll need two layers ~ Use the same size pan and make a gelato layer, we used Madagascar Vanilla Bean 😍 ~ Let the cookies cool and put the gelato back in the freezer to fully freeze again ~ Once frozen, place the gelato between the cookie layers ~ Cut up and enjoy! (And try not to eat the whole thing at once 😉) Tag us in your gelato creations! 🤙
