If you haven't been to for all your gluten free needs you must go! This is their veal parmigiana sandwich on our ancient grain sandwich bun. I swear by their wraps (they hold together) and their ravioli and perogies. They also have desserts and cookies and so much more This, it id a one stop shop for everything delicious. This has been one of my favorite finds in Toronto.

Have you been to Saucy Burger Canada yet??? High quality, local ingredient burgers whipped up by our good friend Mike Dekker. It's located in the old Nellie's building on 17th Ave. They have gluten free buns from yours truly! Enjoy! 🍔🍔🍔

This one was a solid 9/10, pico de gallo, mango, avocado, cheese, yogurt, roasted black bean patty, all on a gluten free bun. We liked this one because it had great balance from the sweetness of the mango, acidity from the pico, and richness from the avocado for a flavour explosion!

I honestly love wearing mine, people comment that they like seeing my smile all the time! I originally got mine because the bakery is loud with compressors and slicers and timers and we didn't realize how much we read each other's lips. Now having had one for a few months I see all the other benefits of wearing it. Great for teachers and interpreters, helpful for people who are hard of hearing, servers, and just generally anybody who wants to interact with other humans in a more connected way. One for $15 or 3 for $40. Big shout out to for helping us make this happen!
