Drumbo basement was untouched for the most part which makes it easier for us to make it a full living space. There were some electrical issues and framing fixes that needed attention but other than that it was straightforward
Main floor completed
We removed the entire kitchen kept the same foot print other than the sink is now in the island. We were able to keep the floors, we updated the baseboards freshened up the casings. Powder room received new toilet and vanity while the main floor laundry saw some new cabinets for storage and built in laundry sink.
Who likes carpet anyways
Pulled out the stinky old carpet in the bedrooms and builders grade vinyl in bathrooms to transform this living space.
