My client gathered family and friends to meet and greet her new baby girl. She sent me a picture of an array of beautiful floral cupcakes she saw on line and asked me to replicate them. I chose 12 of my favourite flowers and piped three boxes of my Premium category floral cupcakes.

Cupcake bouquet in Dusky Pink or Old Rose. To achieve this colour I used a touch of Dusky Pink/Wine and Gooseberry from . I adjusted the tint with a tiny bit of Progel ( ) Pink to achieve the exact colour I was looking for.

Sometimes getting the right colour hue is more challenging than piping buttercream flowers 🙃. Don’t you agree?
