We serve Victoria to Parksville and are on the lookout for a reliable, responsible individual who wants to build a career with us as an installer. At Bullseye the Granite Guy, we value our staff and their work. We provide all the necessary supplies and top of the line tools to make your job easier. We work collaboratively to ensure that our installs go smoothly and seamlessly. As an installer and fabricator, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and be a part of the install and fabricating team. You’ll be involved in decision-making and work in a cooperative environment. You’ll be a part of the overall exciting customer’s experience. There are opportunities for professional development and advancement, and you’ll have a supportive and respectful leadership team that values employee input and ideas. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in an installer and fabricating position, have a professional attitude towards work duties, be well-organized, have good communication skills (verbal & written), and have solid problem-solving skills. Some of the job responsibilities include installing, polishing, and finishing quartz and granite countertops, loading and unloading countertops for installation, using stone and other tools to complete the installation, completing seams with specialty tools, hanging sinks with specialty tools and securing countertops to cabinets.
