I’ll go first- 2 words SELF CARE! with the pandemic, I lost a bit of myself and it’s been really tough trying to get back to finding a happy medium between work and taking care of my mental and physical wellbeing! I think we all need to remember that you can’t pour from an empty cup ❤️ What are some of your goals for this year?
🍂 IT’S FALL Y’ALL 🍂 Finish the sentence- “you know it’s fall when…” HELLO 👋 I Swear I’m still here! For those that have followed along with my social media issues the past few years, will know I wasn’t just riding the struggle bus, I was a VIP 😒 when it came to receiving messages/notifications from you all, they were far and few between on my end 😭 I have been in ‘contact’ with customer support over the past year and a half and they FINALLY admitted that something was definitely ’off on their end’!!! ADMISSION IS THE FIST STEP IN RECOVERY (I hope 🤞) They have told me they “will work on it and I should see some improvement in receiving notification very soon” I have to say, things are looking up as I have been getting them in a more timely manner than I was!!! ( #feelinghopeful ) So IM BACK!!! - not that I was really gone, but it was disheartening to say the least 😑
