About Adeline:
Adeline is an Energy, Sound-Healer & Thai Massage Practitioner, trained in Kundalini Dance.
The practice of Kundalini yoga & chanting opened her to learn energy healing, Reiki. Sound healing followed with the birth of her Sacred Drum, opening her to the deep listening of the Earth, the trees, elementals, animals and the world of spirit. This is where she sources her soul strength. It opened her heart and freed her voice leading her inward, to reconnect and remember her medicine and the codes she carries and shares through her sound...

Eva LeGarff is an RMT, new to the Cobble Hill/Shawnigan Lake area. She graduated from WCCMT Victoria in 2022. She is accepting new clients, including ICBC cases. Eva’s therapeutic touch incorporates Swedish Massage, Hot stones and Myofascial Release Techniques. She has an innate curiosity about the nervous system and aims to provide a treatment that will leave you feeling rested and refreshed. She has afternoon and evening availability during the week. Our little clients love seeing Owen for acupuncture (he uses the baby needles). And if they are not comfortable with the idea of needles, like some adults, Owen offers laser acupuncture as a completely pain-free alternative. Laser Acupuncture is a subcategory of Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT), which uses laser light to stimulate acupoints. It's the same Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment principles and understandings but with different tools. PBMT is also a wonderful compliment to a regular acupuncture session.

Bobby graduated from the Okanagan College of Massage Therapy in 2003. After taking some post graduate courses, he soon turned his focused To Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy ® (SDTT).
Under the tutelage of his mentor and creator of SDTT, Armand Ayaltin, Bobby continues to learn about the intricacies of the human body and assists in teaching post-graduate workshops for other therapists.

In his first years as a therapist, Bobby had the opportunity to work abroad in Switzerland. In his two years there, he gained invaluable experience treating professional athletes from a variety of different sports, including hockey players, soccer players, skiers/snow boarders, downhill bike racing (VTT), tennis players, runners and triathletes, and professional dancers. Though the clinic was geared towards athletes, he also treated a variety of people, from kids to the elderly, assisting them with chronic and acute conditions, all while providing general maintenance and injury prevention.

Having seen athletes from such a broad variety of sports allowed him to see many different injuries both chronic and acute.

Using the philosophy and techniques learned in Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy ® allowed him to achieve excellent results quickly. Having seen the results experienced from his limited knowledge (at the time) in Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy ®, he knew he needed to come back and continue studying under his mentor.

Bobby is new to the Cowichan Valley area and is accepting new clients. He looks forward to helping you find and maintain your health.
