A PSA from Janet Perry, Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and Metabolic Balance Coach: Staying hydrated is essential for all life. Our bodies are about 60% water. There are many, many reasons drinking water and staying hydrated is important. Here are just a few: -Our brains are around 75% water. -Flushes toxins from the body. -Your digestive system depends on it. -Water is the medium in which all other nutrients are found. -It is involved in almost every bodily function: circulation, digestion, absorption, and elimination of wastes. -Blood is more than 90% water and delivers oxygen throughout the body. -It lubricates the joints – dehydration can lead to joint pain. -Regulates body temperature. -Helps maintain blood pressure. -Promotes weight loss. -Helps keep skin hydrated, reducing signs of aging. -You should try to drink between half an ounce and an ounce of water for every pound of bodyweight per day. So a 120 lb person should have 60 to 120 ounces of water a day. Always choose water, it's that simple.

Stress, tension, and trauma are often stored in our body’s tissues and cells. When left untreated, these dormant patterns can lead to a broad spectrum of illnesses, ranging from anxiety and depression to chronic pain, hormonal issues, and autoimmune disease. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST), is a hands-on treatment that supports the nervous system in releasing these stored stresses, tensions, and traumas to help you find whole-body wellness. Through light, non-invasive touch, your therapist will skillfully attune to your body’s internal systems and support the body in repairing imbalance, ailment, and dysfunction. As your internal systems relax and find homeostasis, pain and discomfort resolve, and everyday functioning becomes easier and more peaceful. BCST can lead to better sleep, digestion, focus, mental clarity, and energy. Can help with: physical and emotional trauma, headaches and migraines, concussions, physical and emotional pain, TMJ, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, insomnia, autoimmune disease, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, pregnancy (pre and postnatal), digestive issues, surgery recovery, and more. Click the link to book: https://maliya.janeapp.com/locations/wellness-clinic-booking/book#/staff_member/6

We need to look at the whole body to understand and treat the root cause of the problem. This is why she loves her profession – it allows us wider and deeper insight into why someone is feeling the way they do. There are many conditions she treats such as allergies, arthritis, asthma, autoimmune, colds and flu, chronic pain, depression, diabetes, digestive disorders, fatigue, hormonal conditions (such as premenstrual and syndrome and menopause, sleep disorders). Click the link in our bio to book a meet and greet: https://maliya.janeapp.com/locations/wellness-clinic-booking/book#/staff_member/32 Or send us a message with any questions!
