Just a 2 minute walk from the cottages is the town of Severn Falls where you will find The River Emporium general store, LCBO, beer store, ice cream parlor, fully licensed restaurant and a marina.

Enjoy The Riverhouse Restaurant, a fully licensed restaurant with an outdoor patio and excellent home style meals for those days you just don't feel like cooking.

The Severn Falls Marina allows for easy access for launching your boat and tie up to one of our cottage docks.

There is a local chapel within walking distance.

We are situated half way between the Big Chute Marine Railway Lock # 44 and Swift Rapids Lock 43. We are just off Upper Big Chute road and 20klm from the town of Coldwater where you will find some interesting shops and the Bon Air golf course.

4-6 Parking spots and boat slip at your front door included.

We know your pets are family too, so welcome them as long as your commitment to responsible pet ownership is abide by. All pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
