We need your help. Someone broke into one of our projects and stole some expensive tools and other items. If anyone can identify this individual or notices tools for sale, please let me know. Some of the tools were Milwaukee and they may have "ROSE" written on them. We have some fairly clear security camera photos.

Seeking individual to assist in construction project estimating and management. Position to be filled immediately.

Experience:
Applicants with a minimum 3 years experience in construction management will be considered.

Education:
Architectural or Civil Engineering diploma.

Required Skills:
- Fluent English communications skills. French language is an asset.
- Prepare proposals, estimates using Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Review shop drawings
- Materials take-offs and ordering.
- Problem solving and organization
- Ability to perform site inspections and reporting
- Preparation of drawings, sketches, and construction details

Additional skills that would be an asset:
- Preparation of sketches and drawings
- Ability to produce drawings using AutoCAD 2D software
- Experience with Blubeam Revu for PDF files collaboration

Perras DiStefano Construction is seeking a motivated, hard working person to fill the position of "Skilled Construction Labourer". Interested individuals should be multi-skilled and have a minimum of 2 yrs construction experience.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Experience in the following areas would be an asset:
- Demolition
- Framing (general carpentry)
- Insulation, metal cladding, caulking
- Concrete work
- Structural steel work
- Painting

Other requirements:
- Transportation to work sites
- Valid driver's license
- Applicant must provide basic personal protective equipment (hard hat, work boots, gloves, safety glasses)
- Organized, team player
- Ability to work at heights and under other challenging conditions
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to use a variety of power tools and equipment
- Physically fit and capable of handling lifting, climbing, and other physical activities
