OK so I can't add the BOOK NOW option on the page. HOWEVER! I now have that option directly on the product page of the fitness classes. So if you're going to attend the class make sure you book in for the class you want so I know how much equipment to bring. If no one books in advance I may end up canceling the class to prevent myself from showing up with a bunch of equipment for no reason.

Classes are now in the evenings from 6pm to 7:30pm and are back on starting Monday Feb 6th.

I will update the page so you can let me know if you're attending the class. This way I know how much equipment to bring. If no one books in for a class it will let me know if I have to cancel the class so I don't end up bringing a bunch of stuff for no reason ๐Ÿ˜…

Tomorrow at 10:15am is the last day at the Cowichan community center and the last of the morning classes.

February classes will be held at the Sportsplex at 6pm to 730pm.

The goal is the same. To teach you how you can get an affective and enjoyable workout in with minimal equipment while having a great push three days a week!

Picing is all found on our website. The more classes you book in advance the more you save.
