The Vada pav here is vegan and made with a spiced potato patty
originated as a classic street food from Mumbai, India
It’s pretty much on every street corner now there and we love it.
Chef Greg’s version comes with Garlic Chutney, Green Chutney and Tamarind Sauce. These bold flavours are balanced really well and it’s chefs kiss.

Our sourdough pizza dough is fermented for atleast 72 hours before firing to maximize flavour and leoparding.
In this pie we use our sausage made in house, caramelized onion marmalade, potatoes, roasted red peppers, fior di latte and a raclette béchamel.

A sleeper classic at Arbour,
our Red Thai Curry Mussels is made traditionally with a mortar and pestle inspired by Chef Greg Sweeney’s travels from Thailand. It’s finished with cilantro oil, scallions, thai basil and our house sourdough focaccia. extra bread to soak up the sauce!
It’s also the first thing we ate at arbour before our walls and stoves were barely up and running.
