Let’s talk about mobility.

Mobility is the ability of a joint to move freely and effectively through their full range of motion. It is a very crucial component of physical fitness and is essential for performing daily activities, sports and exercises with ease and without the risk of injury.

Poor mobility can result in limited movement, muscle imbalances, and decreased joint stability, which can lead to pain, discomfort, and decreased performance.

In addition to increased range of motion, mobility also improves overall flexibility, posture, balance, body awareness, promote blood flow, release tension in tight muscles, and overall reducing the risk of injury.

On the next slide is a beginner friendly mobility routine for everyone wanting to improve their joint range of motion and move better!!!!
