Spring is in the air🌷
& so is the season to detox/cleanse. Our bodies are wanting to lighten things up, hydrate more, soak up the sun & sweat it all out!

I've compiled a list of common symptoms that show it may be time to consider detoxifying your body👍

Let's not forget that this isn't JUST a physical thing! Often we need to "detox" or "cleanse" some of our lifestyle habits, thoughts, relationships etc.
With daylight increasing I'm finding an earlier wake time has been so beneficial for me, also less social media scrolling and more nature bathing 😌
