SIGNING ALERT🚨

We are excited to announce the signing of Olivia Pedersen. Olivia will join The King's University Women’s Basketball team in September 2024. 

Olivia will be transferring from a strong basketball program at Ambrose University and joining the TKU WBB program. 

While at Kings, Olivia will be taking Bachelor of Arts- Major Psychology,  Minor Education 

"Olivia brings a wealth of experience after already playing in the ACAC which we can use. She is quick on offense  and pressures the ball on defense two things we always look for as coaches.We are excited to have Olivia come join our basketball program in the fall."

Jodie comes from a strong basketball program at Ross Sheppard School.

While at Kings, Jodie will be taking Bachelor of arts, Major in social sciences, Minor education.

Scarlett comes from a strong basketball program at Sherwood Park’s Bev Facey High School.

While at Kings, Scarlett will be taking Bachelor of Science with a major in biology.

"Scarlett will be a great addition to The King's University Women's Basketball Program. She is a quick athletic player who will be able to help push the ball on offense and bring quickness to our defense. We are excited to have Scarlett join the TKU WBB program."

We want to wish #7 Hailey Yorke a big Happy Birthday.

TKU WBB would like to acknowledge our athletes who earned some well deserved awards for the 2023/2024 Basketball Season.

#19 Aneilia Ayotte earned Most Valuable Player and also earned the overall Female Athlete of the Year.

#15 Jordana Rivet earned Most Improved Player.

#14 Kayla Soetaert earned Team Leadership Award and also Student Athlete Leadership Award.

#13 Megan Aleman earned CCAA 2nd Team All Star at 2024 Women's Basketball Nationals.

TKU WBB made history this weekend earning themselves their first ACAC silver medal in their program's history.
