Here are some additional tips to help you enhance these abilities
* 👀 🧗Observe Others: Watch experienced climbers tackle routes or bouldering problems. Pay attention to their movements, holds they use, and how they approach different sections of the climb.�
* 🧠 Visualize the Climb: Close your eyes and mentally rehearse the sequence of movements. Visualize yourself successfully completing the climb, step by step.�
* 🔊 Beta Sharing (with Caution): Discussing beta (sequence information) with other climbers can be helpful, but remember that everyone climbs differently. Adapt the beta to your own strengths and style.�
* 🧘🏻 Stay Calm: Maintain composure and manage stress while climbing. Panic can hinder your ability to read the route effectively.�

Have fun & enjoy the process of climbing, falling & trying again!
Focus on progress 📍
Ex. climbing a grade harder, moving more smoothly on the rock, or getting one move farther on your current project.
Even if you aren’t back to your previous level, enjoy the process of getting stronger again.
Show up! 🧍
Put your climbing sessions in your calendar and make it a priority to get your body at the gym or crag.
Accept where you are 🗺️
This is just the nature of the sport. Don’t get frustrated when you can’t do moves you did 1 month ago. Instead, focus on what you can do, and work up from there.
If V5s are now difficult again, start by trying to climb every V4 in the gym or at your local area, then worry about the V5s.
Set goals ⭐️
Give your self markers along the journey to feel proud of. Don’t make them too far out of reach that they will take a year or longer but try to set monthly goals to aim after!
Ex. give yourself 3 months to get back to sending 5.11+ Then 6 months for 5.12. And a year to send 5.12+.

Aloe Vera
The name Aloe vera appears everywhere, ranging from drugstore products to organic or homemade reliefs. The gel inside the leaves is actually a special type of plant tissue with large water content.
Usage
Many demonstrations of the use include cutting the leaves, extracting the gel, and mixing it with other ingredients for conditions such as dry skin, irritations, or sunburn, but also for homemade body and hair beauty products.
Aloe juice, on the other hand, is made for oral use and has been linked with heartburn relief, anti-inflammation, and detoxifying properties.

You might be seriously magnesium deficient and not even know!
magnesium deficiencies are very common and will result in pretty bad anxiety, insomnia and are heavily correlated with dissociative disorders.
How do I check if I'm deficient
Buy magnesium supplements, if it acts as a sedative, or really does anything noticeable, you're probably deficient. Effects are noticeable pretty quickly (10-30 min?)
Okay fine which kind should I buy
Ideally "fast absorption" or magnesium glycinate. Magnesium citrate is a laxative and magnesium oxide is okay but it's essentially the least potent kind, which will typically be the bulk of supplements not in the aforementioned categories
Should I check for any other deficiencies that may be related to DPDR/mood disorders?
B12, B6, D3, iron. If you frequently drink energy drinks they're usually loaded with B vitamins for whatever the hell that's worth.
How do I know if I'm taking too much?
You'll likely no joke s**t yourself, this occurs way before any potentially serious side effects and magnesium itself is metabolized pretty quickly.

Chirs Sharma is an American climber considered one of the greatest and most influential climbers in the history of the sport. He is well known for soloing the worlds first 9b (5.15b) deep-water solo route. Sharma is the founder of the rock climbing gym Sender One, headquartered in Santa Ana, California. He opened in 2013 as a business partnership with Walltopia, who was a sponsor of Sharma.
Sharma's parents were practising Zen Buddhists, and for long periods Sharma has followed Zen routines (including daily 5.45 am temple meditation).
He dominated the sport climbing scene for the decade after his 2001 ascent of "Realization/Biographie," the world's first-ever redpoint 9a+ (5.15a) graded route. He is one of the climbers who ushered in the "technical evolution" of the sport.
2008, Sharma red-pointed the world's first-ever consensus 9b (5.15b) route, "Jumbo Love." As well in 2013, he became the second-ever person to climb a 9b+ (5.15c) route, "La Dura Dura."

Alex Megos is a german rock climber (born August 12, 1993). He comes in, weighing a lean 57kg (126LB) and is 173cm tall (5'8). Alex began climbing at six years old, and at just ten years old, he was climbing 300m multi-pitch routes with his father. He began his training in the mountainous region of his native Bavaria, known as Franconian Switzerland, and later at the German Alpine Club's national climbing center. After graduating high school, he dedicated his life to climbing.
