Life is messy and full of ups & downs. I personally know this from a lot of experience.
As I go this journey I have learned a lot of lessons the hard way. Yup… it’s not always pretty but it’s the truth.
I now understand that all those lessons lead me to who I am today. My heart is a heart of service for others. Without all those lesson I would not be as prepared as I am now to love & serve in such an open way.
I am curious about myself which directly makes me curious about others. I am creative which makes me want to see others create. I am innovative which makes me also want that for others… you see the pattern? Awesome, cause I am here for YOU.

I have spent my whole life trying to slow down so others could keep up or do things the way they want me too.
Not happening anymore!I plan on doing it my way and I will not change to fit into anyone's world, ideas or believes.

Personal I have and will continue to struggle with this. I am so good at supporting others when they are learning life’s lesson but I rip myself down to the lowest level I can go.
My self talk and actions are so detrimental that it can take days to get out of that hell I put myself in. I lay in my bed assuming everyone is judging me and thinking I am the worst person ever.
Through years of giving into all that crap I am slowly starting to just love myself during my low times.
Be kind and know that these feelings will pass. I encourage you to do that too. Be grateful for the person you are as I am doing the same for me.❤️

This hits home for me as at times I get so far into my thinking. I worry about what people think, I stand in judgment of others and then I spiral downward.
Letting those stale thoughts just pass and not engage in them is the best way to stay present stay in love and enjoy each moment.
Every second is a gift I need to remember that and spend more time being curious, creative and loving myself and others.
