Our history is literally current events as the ripples of genocide impact our neighbours this minute. It is a privilege to be able to turn a blind eye to this hardship - To any hardship.
Truth is the only way. Listening to those who speak it. Following those who know and have always known it. 🧡
denying education of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community to children in that community is an act against human rights. It’s a violent act against humanity.
Ignorance is hate we must not tolerate

Thankful for my journey ✨
•
Gratitude for my intellect as it’s built a life I thrive in
•
I did not know when I was a kid that I was neurodivergent, “disabled” and on the spectrum.
•
I just thought I was sensitive to clothing, that I was “hyper” or easily “frustrated”….I was told I was a problem for being loud or angry when I was truly undiagnosed and disabled. My nervous system remained in a severe unregulated and unwell state until age 26+ when I started my diagnostic journey.
•
I knew by instinct as a kid that this society was not made for me. I knew I would have to find a job that paid really well per hour while also letting me wear sweatpants every day. 😅 (Big dreams for a 90’s baby who’s parents were legal accountant suits and federal government employees)
•
I knew I wasn’t going to be able to sit at a desk for 8 hours a day or even do any job for 8 hours a day unless I loved it.
•
❤️🧠 So I followed my heart and my mind. Both of which have proven me right my whole life 🫶
•
I went into fitness because of an athletic background. I quickly realized my calling is in helping people gain access to activity. I love performance training but I love being able to train anyone regardless of their ability. 🩼🧑🦽👨🦼
•
For so many people, they are hindered in activity the way I am hindered in the classroom.
•
This does not mean we’re not capable, it means we have to find ways to create access. Once I was diagnosed my grades went from 60 average to honours with my research projects winning awards ….it’s amazing what proper love and care does to facilitate growth
•
I tailored 6 years of post secondary education towards adaptive physical activity for diverse and underprivileged populations. I combine my degree and diploma with 15 years of experience to create scientific art in programming.
•
I don’t work anymore. I provide valuable expertise that is able to cover my cost of living and then some.
•
As I move into this next chapter I am building a platform to help even more than my local community.
•
Having clients who stay with me for years has shown I me I have value in this niche.
•
Time to expand the message!

•
Which is why my career is in fitness for ALL people of all abilities 🥰 no one should be told “no I can’t help you” when looking for movement health.

It’s nice spending a little time every week back in the community who seeded the tree that is my happy career. 🌳

🩺Health Hack:
• it’s easier to quit a bad habit in stages
• if you’re a human who likes carbonated sugary drinks then switching to a natural carbonated and healthy beverage can reduce impulse to indulge.
Kombucha trade for Soda “addicts”
🥤➡️🫖
“The tea of immortality”
•
kombucha is a naturally carbonated antioxidant beverage made from fermented yeast cultures in black or green tea with altering flavours.
You can make your own!
It’s a great substitute for soda drinkers looking to quit the can.🥤
Recipes have been used for thousands of years originating in China and Japan. It is known as “mushroom tea” for the mushroom like film that forms from the symbiotic bacterial party happening inside!
Kombucha contains several kinds of lactic-acid bacteria that are suggested to act as probiotics and bacteria cleansers.
There are studies to suggest kombucha reduces risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer. (However no conclusive meta analysis exist at this time and kombucha should not be used as a treatment for such things. Always ask your dietician or physician if you have questions specifically about your health. )
At the end of the day it’s a tasty alternative to soda that boosts instead of hindering health!
Be mindful that it is made from green or black tea which both have caffeine. Try to avoid drinking in the later hours of the day as not to impact your sleep cycle.
What are your dreams?
What do they smell like, taste like, look like or sound like?
What is the feeling you’re chasing?
Who do you have to be to achieve that feeling?
•
Grow into that human. Heal and forgive the parts that no longer serve you. Thank them as you release them from your being.
Plant seeds of the flowers you want to bloom and water them every day.
Care for your growth as you parent yourself into a new chapter.
Be intentional with what is in your space.
Remove unhealthy humans and items that hold you back. Add things that nurture and feed your dreams.
Create the sensations that sing to your dreams.
Hints:💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
• blackout curtains for light sleepers
• no TV in the living room
• get a filing cabinet or whiteboard to stay organized
• make playlists you can turn to when you need a mood boost
• have pets or plants to care for that keep you plugged in
• have a favourite place outside you can go to all times of the year and be with nature

When you get a cut..do you ask your body to scab?
Or does it naturally heal the wound?.
•
Nature knows how to heal. Often times we are in the way of nature.
•
We are built to move, to eat whole foods, and to have community with our members of this species.
•
Our lifestyle can heal us or hurt us. It is either going with or against nature.
•
Holistic healthcare is about working with the universes greatest scientist…nature.
