I easily stepped into markets and events with and still love it!
🦴
I look forward to the every Saturday.
It can be though to wake at 5am, but it’s so great to put on real clothes (not kitchen ones) and visit with customers and vendors sharing the love of broth and local food!
👩🏻‍🌾
Come visit me at markets, say hi, stay for a chat and try a sample!
And remember I offer 10% off when you purchase 3 or more items!!

Bones!!! It’s all about the bones! 🦴
All of the bones I use for these delicious broths are sourced from local farms right here in Alberta!
All these animals have been raised on pasture and support other families and small businesses!
🐄 🥩 🐂
Look at these beautiful beef bones from .
I usually source beef bones from and .farms. Sometimes when they’re out, they connect me to other local farms in their area, and I’m so thankful for their kindness and sense of community!!!

Thank you for choosing to support small local businesses. We appreciate it more than the big box stores, that’s for sure! This is how I help support my family and how I give back to the community. By shopping local farms for bones and vegetables, packing supplies, and supplying wholesale products to local retailers.

Please note. You’ll be contacted with a pick up or delivery date by the end of the week.

Thank you for your support while you shop online, in pure coziness!

Wow!!! I still can’t believe that I get to walk into a grocery store and see my products on the shelf!
I never dreamed of this, I never planned for this, it’s something that just kind of landed into my lap, and I’ve ran with it and made it my own.
From perfecting recipes, to sourcing ingredients, finding a commercial kitchen, to making the products, packaging and delivering.
It’s truly the perfect fit for me, and these last 3 years have been so wonderful.
I’m constantly grateful that stores and customers support me. Thank you!! Truly!

Creating nutrient dense and delicious bone broth is my jam!
🦴
It all starts with quality bones followed by lots of additional simmering time. (Which I have, so let me make it for you! 😉)
All of the bones I source are from local family operated farms who practice regenerative agriculture, focusing on both the treatment of the animals and the land.
My most recent batch of bone broth is Bison. Perfect for Gut and Immune health. The ginger and peppercorn create a beautiful little kick while the cabbage and miso make it even better!!!
🦬
Perfect for sipping or cooking!

Packaging and labelling! Oh my!
😳
I often joke that if you’re not struggling with packaging and labelling, then you’re not really running a business.
😁
I’m obviously kidding, but some days these things get the best of me.
Luckily, today isn’t one of these days.
I actually quite enjoy the process of labelling the packages. Adding a lot number, expiry date, then putting the label on.
These 1 litre containers are recyclable and compostable, and purchased and shipped from a Canadian Company.
All of the broth labels (stickers) are printed right here in Edmonton from !
When thawing your broth, make sure to place it in a bowl (some loose a couple drops in this process).
When you’re finished with your broth, peel off the label and put the paper container in your recycle or City green/food waste bin.

Bone broth is , simple, & which you know I am all about.

🗣Come join us for our chat today about:

🦴 What is bone broth?
🦴 Why do you want to drink it?
🦴 What health benefits do you reap from drinking it?
🦴 What are some benefits of bioavailable ?
🦴 & how do you easily incorporate it into your daily diet?

Here is the thing.... I agree & speak on how we should not add a moral value to food (aka ) as it relates to releasing guilt, stress, & shame around eating habits to repair our relationship with food. Additionally, I can not deny that when we slow down, uncomplicate our plate by eating simply, food scraps into a highly nourishing meal that can while reducing there is this intuitive wisdom that emerges that makes our body feel in alignment with everything around us 💫

I get that in my body when I , therefore I can't deny that when I use all my leftover food scraps at the end of the week into a pot with some bones & fresh herbs that I feel good in so many ways. Am I labeling it good vs bad.. nope but if I am listening 🎧 to my body & truly without all the politics 💩that is being attached to that term in today's social media📲..

When I practice I am able to truly tune in & listen to my own body needs & do what makes my body inside-out feel its best. 🙌
Bone broth is definitely one of those foods for me that just helps me feel so 🥰

Targeted Bone Broth! 🎯
Each of the 4 main broths is created to support different parts of our body!
🐓 For Skin Health and a Collagen
🐄 For Heart Health & Inflammation
🦬 For Gut & Immune Health
🧜🏼‍♀️ For Hormonal Support
These broths have added nutrients and superfoods to support the body!
While adding anything to your isn’t at all necessary, I do sometimes add extras when I make my own cup.
I enhance them EVEN further by adding what my body needs or craves at the time!
Today, I added ginger and more turmeric and salt to the Chicken Bone Broth!
🐓
This made it beneficial for my skin, hair, teeth, nails, gut AND now even more so, for my immune system!!!
Not to mention that generous amount of protein and fat!
What would you add to your broth?

11/29/2021

What is my most asked question:
🤔 ”Is your broth a powder or a liquid?”
The answer….
👇
It’s a liquid!!!
It’s sold to you frozen in a 1 litre compostable container!
bone broth is packed, cooled, and then frozen.
🔥❄️
Using fresh or frozen bone broth helps to retain nutrients, has a delicious flavour, doesn’t contain any preservatives, and is easy to use!
I recommend letting it thaw in the fridge for a day or two.
Give it a good stir, and pour and heat cup by cup, you drink it.
Aside from sipping this hot beverage, you can also use it for cooking, making soups, stews, gravies, or when making rice and quinoa.
If you don’t have the luxury od thaw time, heat the whole container in a pot or bowl of hot water for a few minutes, just so that it pops out when you press on the bottom.
Put into a sauce pan and warm!
That delicious fat layer on the top can be used/discarded/fed to pets!
All bones are sourced from local pastured animals, so this fat is THE good fat, I recommend consuming it!
Fat also helps transport and absorb some vitamins like A, D, E, & K.
How do you like your broth?
Have you had a liquid/frozen broth before?
