My Name is Donna Dziwenka. I am a fitness and health enthusiast which includes eating healthy, staying fit and using products that are natural and toxin free! I LOVE working for Rocky Mountain Soap Company! I have been in retail with them for 3 years, and recently became Edmonton’s wholesale representative for our Nomad Natural Hand Sanitizer and more!

I love being a Personal Trainer! I get to know people really well, and journey with them to meet their fitness and health goals. I am an encourage and motivator - always kind and positive.

I have been a certified CanFit-Pro Personal Trainer for over 11years. My fitness experience has varied from Triathlete, Spartan Race competitor, Spin Instructor, Runner and participating in Cross Fit and Kick boxing. My goal is to stay fit while having fun.

Weight Training is very important to a well balanced fitness routine and therefore my clients get progressive weight training and functional training mixed into every workout. This keeps it fun and interesting ... challenging, but never boring.
