Calling all artists!
We're excited to announce "Face to Face 2," our upcoming art exhibit featuring portrait art in a variety of forms. If you create portraits (or even if you don't!), we want to see your work.
A PORTRAIT means, for this show, a rendering of a specific person based on a meeting between the subject and the artist, expressing the likeness or character of that subject. No caricatures or jokes, but it may be a self-portrait. All artwork must be original: painting, drawing, handmade prints, collage, clay, mixed media, or small sculpture.
All artwork that meets the criteria will be accepted!
Drop-off your work at the GAN (167 King St E) at either of the following times:
Wed. Sept. 11, 7 – 8:30pm or Sat. Sept 14, 10:30am – 2pm
We ask for a $10 per piece (maximum 2 pieces) donation when you drop off your work.
🗓️ The exhibition will be on view from Sept. 17 into November
