I have CPTSD due to over a decade of some gnarly trauma. I have a pinned reel in my profile where I talk about it a bit, and I promise I will continue to open to y’all about it more and more 🫶🏻 it’s a lot to break down and process, and sometimes it gets the better of me. But since I’ve started sharing more and being more open about my experiences I’ve been feeling better and better, so I’m sure you’ll know more than you want to soon enough 😂

In the meantime just remember to honour your body and drink your water. When your body is screaming at you to rest, please listen 💛

To think just a couple years ago I was married to a man and thought I was totally straight, it’s just that all women are also into other women because OF COURSE THEY WOULD BE HAVE YOU MET US?! Women are beautiful magical creatures who dance between dimensions, obvi everyone is into women. Right?

In the words of the great Alyson Hannigan as Lily Aldrin “a women’s sexuality is a moving target.” Turns out that target dances all over the rainbow 💃🏻🦄💅🏻

So grateful we live in a world where this can now be celebrated, and not have us burned at the stake.

But it’s not like that everywhere. That’s why I decided to make this post. I don’t like to put all my business out there. I do suffer with CPTSD so I can react to stress differently. But I also know how important it is to take a stand.
