Celebrate our 10th annual Art of Disability Festival at Pier 21 on August 14 as artists with disabilities showcase an illuminating variety of art forms! The Art of Disability Festival is a no-barrier event, admission is free and all are welcome to attend from 12 - 4 P.M.! Want to get involved? Contact us at [email protected] or 902-453-0004. Video Description: With upbeat music playing, the video fades from a black to white background and has transparent blue, light blue, and dark blue slanted rectangles in the top left and bottom right corners of the frame. Black text appears in the middle: “10th Annual Art of Disability Festival” then fade out. Follow-up text in black fade into the center: “Sunday, August 14, 2022 12 - 4 P.M.” and fade out. There are two walls covered with black sound dampening panels on your right after entering, with one having an emergency exit. The back wall upon entering, is hard wood with very large double sliding doors. These doors lead into the Kenneth C. Rowe Hall. This is another, large square room with a completely open floor plan for many tables and chairs. The wall behind you upon entering and the left wall have black sound dampening panels with the wall on the left having a large window in the middle.
