Linc4Youth Photography Project
The Linc4Youth Project teaches photography and video skills to newcomer youth in Hamilton Ontatio.
Classes are held at Mohawk College and are funded by Citizenship And Immigration Canada This new FREE program is available to LINC eligible youth 18 to 25 years old. To watch LINC YOUTH videos, check out our Youtube page here:

The LINC Youth Photographty class was inspired by the popular Canadian folksong, This Land Is Our Land. The students worked hard to make their own version on the song.

Here is our guest speaker Peter. He showed us a rose rock from Ellesemere Island in the Canadian Arctic. This is a rare stone which is formed by the freezing and thawing of the soil on the island.
We spent the morning with our lovely guest speaker Danielle Heately. She is holding her beautiful artwork. It is a mannequin painted with colourful puzzle pieces - some are missing. The missing pieces represent missing and murdered Aboriginal women and men in Canada.
