The next project on the go will be at the Tradewinds Terrace in Merritt. 8 units and hallways under some kind of rebuild.

Today we were working on removing of old insulation as it was improperly installed along with the resilient channel.

Tomorrow we will be replacing it with new materials up to code and start hanging and taping drywall.

Last couple of jobs with- customers changing out old plumbing (Poly B ) to pex. Due to no insurance coverage due to age of line- (link below Poly B vs Pex)
