Well my other daughter turned 7 last week and for a cake she wanted a LOL doll. With 36 hours to think and creat I came up with this. Hands and feet need work but turned out great. Vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream

I didn't get much time to snap some photos, but I made this chocolate cake with a creamy chocolate fudge buttercream dressed up as Spiderman.

With the holidays I decided to make the cake I was going to make for the baking show if I advanced.
Lemon velvet cake with a lemon curd and my really good cream cheese buttercream. Not super clear, but the snow globe is all edible and the outside is made from isamalt.

It's been awhile since we posted anything as it's been a little slow.
We had the pleasure of making a dads special birthday yummy. With this half chocolate half vanilla cake, covered in Chocolate sprinkles and topped with this hand made gum paste bow.

For all those coffee lovers, made this super cute coffee mug cake. Chocolate cake with cream cheese buttercream. Surrounded by chocolate cupcakes with the same buttercream with a few treats on top.

Celebrated my mom's wedding today and made there cake for them. First time covering a whole cake in fondant, made a pin cushion look on the chocolate bottom tier

Taylor requested a glow in the dark for her 12th birthday. It took some planning but I managed to pull it off. Had to make a dark room for it and add the black light but the chocolate and cookies and cream cakes did what they where suppose to do.

Taylor also worked on this wedding shower cake. A oink summer beach theme

Want to apologize for not so many cakes being made. But we have done a couple and to start we did this Wednesday cake for Coras 6th birthday. She was everything Wednesday this year.

Celebrated Mommies birthday with this first time fault line lemon velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream. Used Sweetapolita sprinkles to make it pop on the top and give the bottom a pearl necklace affect.

We made this chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream for someone's 30th. They asked if taylor could do it. She did most of it her self except for the gold paint and the crumb coat.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone from Taylor and I. No pie for us this year instead we made this pumpkin spice cake with a cream cheese buttercream.

Had the pleasure of helping surprise some soon to be grandparents with this baby reveal cake. Had to make 2 smaller cakes so both sets of parents could be surprised at the same time.

Well we celebrated Taylor's Birthday with family today and she asked for a road blocks cake. I wanted to surprise her with something better. So I made her a replica cake that looks like our dog she got last year for her birthday. Can't give them a real dog every year. This sas also my first cake I completly covered in fondant. Over the weekend I got the pleasure to stand beside my dad, Taylors Papa while he got married to his new wife Bev. Taylor and I had the pleasure to make there wedding cakes for them. First time making a wedding cake. One was a lemon velvet cake filled with lemon curd and lemon cream cheese buttercream. The second was a chocolate cake filled with chocolate fudge buttercream and covered with a vanilla buttercream. We got nothing but amazing comments from everyone there.

Made these up for a baby shower today turned out better then my trial ones.

I wanted to make sure the birthday girl recieved these before I posted them. These chocolate cupcakes are definitely a favorite of many especially topped with a nice vanilla buttercream.
