Italian Peach Cookies are honestly one of the most popular and most requested cookie I make. Soft cookie filled with pudding dipped in an alcohol mix (optional) and rolled in sugar...like, COME ON!!! 😏
Also, as decadent as they are they don't sit heavy 😉
