Hi friends !! We're still on pause but over this past week our youngest got some slime for her birthday which resulted in it stripping my dining table while she was playing with it !! So crazy they allow this to be a child's toy but it'll take the seal and stain straight off a table....

Anyways, I decided to refinish the top & I'm super happy with the results! Quick 2 hour project and it looks brand new ! Figured I'd show the results with ya'll 😊

Just giving yall an update on life: we are pausing home flipping Co. The housing market isn't where we need it to be to make a profit on flipping homes & the place we are in right now doesn't have a proper space for flipping furniture (and my tent solution didn't work considering the amount of wind we get, wah)

For now, I've taken another route.. I started doing nails! Check out my other page .by.vern if you want to follow along!

I know what you're thinking... another kitchen picture?! 😂 but I finally finished painting our cabinets in the rental, so I HAD to share!

Earth tones will forever have my heart. I love me a slick, modern kitchen like the rest of us but a lived in, cozy kitchen will always take first place. In my opinion ofcourse!

Our landlords are super chill, they've seen our work and trust us completely to do anything to the house we're living in now.

The green cabinets really ground the space, there was alot of wood tones happening and this completely breaks it apart so it doesn't all mesh together. I'm in love, my absolute fav green thus far!

The green I chose is called alligator skin by behr (homedepot)

Update on the house 🏠

We listed in November like we had wanted to but unfortunately the floods in the lower mainland had a huge impact on the viewings & ofcourse we listed the weekend of.. we did get a couple offers but nothing stuck, so we've decided to hold onto it.

We've rented it out until September so we'll be relisting in the spring/summer. That's the name of the game, you win some, you lose some! This won't be a loss though, I'm considering this a learning curve!

Anyhow, until we sell you guys can find me doing little jobs in our other rental we're living in right now!

I hear there might be some trailer flips in the near future too 🤫

Hello my Facebook fam!! I have some exciting/sad news.. I will be taking a break with my revernished business becaaauseee WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOME!! 🤗 with that being said, my life is busy on a regular day so I'll be taking a break to focus on packing, cleaning, repairing, moving, all while tending to our two babies + our two Furr babies.
