This little piggy went to bbq! 10hr apple smoked pulled pork, avocado and salsa with homemade bbq sauce for a kick.

AAA Tomahawk prime rims!
Didn’t even last long enough to get a after photo... 🤗

Seasoned with simply Himalayan salt and ground pepper.
Smoked at 225f till internal temperature reached 120f, then seared at 500f with a glaze and finished with homemade rosemary and garlic butter pucks.

OYAMA CHICKEN wing ding
Smoked at 180f for a hour and then raised to 350f until internal temperature at 165f. Glazed with homemade and locally sourced, okanagan peach and habanero sauce. This should be a CRIME! I’m sure even Snoop would agree?
