Amongst the books I’ve used in my behavioural therapy sessions, I highly recommend this book. It teaches children the technique of breathing and relaxation to reduce stress and to practice mindfulness 🧘🏽‍♂️

Easing Worries and Fears with Deep Breathing Breathing practices are simple enough to do with young children. When you breathe together, you are calming yourself and helping your child learn a way to find calm at the same time.
