The Art and Wastes in Panniqtuuq (Pangnirtung), Nunavut opened at The Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts featuring 60 works of art from Inuit Elders, artists, and youth. Queen's University Arts and Science Dr. Myra Hird and her PhD student Micky Renders created the show. Senator Mary Coyle, and Queen's University Provost Matthew Evans joined the celebration.
