June data for Waterloo Region Real Estate 👇 Inventory stacking in all property types a little bit very aggressively in the condo market. Average sale prices fell in June compared to May. Note it is common to see regression in prices after the spring market but some of this can be attributed to the current interest rate and economic environment. The Region and city of kitchener have outright said that they are planning to grow along the LRT route. Major transit station areas, these are the surrounding areas around the current LRT stops. Zoning changes, new options and new rules in these areas will promote development in these locations!
