Mindfulness doesn't have to be sitting uncomfortably on a cushion for hours. It could be throwing a ball for a dog and being present in that joyful moment. I'm not on my phone. I'm not thinking about other things. I'm observing the dog, the ball, and myself. Thank you to my friend, Albi.
