The greatest lesson for us so far is reflected in the book by Roger Norde titled" Persistence wears out Resistance".

We are more likely to face challenges when endeavoring to achieve our goals and objectives. Disappointing situations such as ads not working as we want, little to no leads, unimpressive sales despite all efforts. This is where persistence is most needed to wear out all resistance. Do we believe in our business? Let us embrace persistence in the face of resistance.

This has got me really thinking about the efforts I invest in myself and my business. The consistent small effort is much better than sporadic moments of doing nothing and doing something. Constant, consistent, and well-directed effort is more likely to bring the much desired lasting results. Not getting fixated on the size of effort, but on whether I am consistent with even the smallest. Great job if you can be consistent with greater effort. Start from somewhere!

I go on a 'mind throwback' of how the year went with a particular focus on what went well, what did not go well, disappointments, expectations, assumptions and most importantly encompassing blessings that I did enjoy. Today somebody handed this valuable gift to me, and it sent me thinking as I gazed at it. I suddenly realize that it is a season when giving and receiving is popular. I suddenly had the awareness of the meaning behind this practice. As I reflected, one thing that stood out to me is the meaning behind the gift I have been given. I realize I have been endowered with greater innate gits and abilities. As I reflected more, I asked what these gifts are and what am I doing with them. Am I giving back or giving up?
Giving up could mean:
To cease making an effort
To lose hope
To relinquish

We are as limited as our minds. Watch your thoughts, for they become words, what we think, we become!

Dreams are always calling. We decline or accept the calling on a daily basis by our choices. Are your choices declining or accepting the call? It's not too late to start accepting the call. Make today count! Make this week count! Make this month count!
