Our first stage in the custom build process is what we call "Discovery". At this stage, we try our best to connect with the client, understand their needs and truthfully... we want to see if we are a good fit together.

After a recent client went through this 1st stage with us, we both soon realized that budget, future goals and overall we weren't a good fit for them.

The Pre-Construction phase of our builds is always a great time for creative collaboration, merging ideas and where dream homes actually start taking shape.

We use everything from high end 3D renders of the home, to hand drawn blueprints.

Yesterday, we had a fulfilling meeting with Grassroots Realty Group South. The goal of this Meet N' Greet was to create new discussions with an industry that is filled with great home builders.
