I told my kids they could do anything they work hard for but they didn't believe me until I went out and did it. I told them their body is amazing but they didn't believe it until I showed them how amazing mine is. I told them they are beautiful and special and worthy and kind and smart and I know they'll believe it when they know I believe it about myself. Our kids will BE what they SEE. Not what they hear, not what we tell them to be but instead, what they SEE; what we show them! If we fall and get back up it gives them permission to do the same. It shows them how to respond to adversity. They learn by example. We all fall but mom, it's time to get back up, get your dreams off the shelf and start running after them!
