Piping flowers is truly an art and my hat is off to those who are experts at it! I do enjoy trying the detailed work with buttercream though so I'm gonna keep at it!

Frozen is such a hit with the little girlies and for good reason!

A tidbit about me personally is that I'm not that into 'traditional' Thanksgiving or the history of it. But what I am into is enjoying the company of family and friends, and indulging in some fall flavoured treats. Life's too short to not enjoy the treats.

I was just telling someone last night that when I first started baking, I really didn't see myself doing kids cakes. But they quickly became something I really enjoy! This one was for a girl turning 4, and came with matching cupcakes!

A looooove heart cakes and I love the vintage/lambeth style. My writing could use some work lol but since I made this cake I've figured out a more desirable way to write cursive! Everything takes a bit of practice.

Okay I used to hate the Frozen songs. Before I had kids. Let It Go and Baby Shark were the WORST. But when you have a 5 or 6 year old pretending to be Elsa and belting out songs at the top of their lungs....you start to love it. 😍

This cake was carrot with a cream cheese filling, and I made the ice looking stuff from edible sugar glass.

My go to for kids cakes are including their names if I can, bright colours, and a chocolate sprinkle number! Can you actually go wrong with all that?!

Cactus cupcakes!

These were from the spring but were my first attempt ever at some cactus's! Cacti? Succulents? These look better than any real life ones at my house anyway!
