Butter Fry Kabab
One of the popular highlights of BurnsRoad Karachi, Pakistan is this dish known as Fry kabab.
It is a delicious rich melt in mouth mince that has a very similar taste to Seekh Kababs but are actually fried in Butter to give it a smooth melt in mouth consistency.
These Fry kabab are best enjoyed with Warm Nan, Paratha, or even can be put into Buns with chutney and onion rings.
