We had a great time in The Yukon and BC! I’m not a great photographer at all, and these fotos don’t do justice to how beautiful it really is out there. If you ever have a chance to tour Yukon and BC with my mom and stepdad in their RV, I highly recommend. Anyways, the bagel shop is open again, get yer orders in, cheers!

Thanks to Barb at the Byron Villager for the sweet write up, and to everyone who ordered bagels! It was a very busy and challenging week but it was a lot of fun. For the first time ever I had all the flavours I make in the same day. The beers are going to taste really good this weekend! Cheers! 🍻

Here’s the updated menu I’m currently offering. Due to unpopular demand I’ll no longer be selling Whole Wheat + Honey bagels, or Vegan “ Cream Cheese”.
I will also be working on more wild and wacky Feature Bagel flavours, so keep an eye out for those in the near future!

Hey there! I will be donating 20% of all my earnings for the entire month of March to The Children’s Hospital I have a great amount of respect for the work that they do there, and I know they are understaffed and not being compensated nearly enough for their work. So if you like delicious bagels and supporting a great cause get your orders in!

Unfortunately, due to “unforeseen circumstances” , I will not be this weekend. I will be rescheduling in the near future, stay tuned.

Bagels make a great addition to the lunchbox rotation. Keep it simple by spreading with butter or cream cheese. Make it into a B.E.L.T. Cut them in half or serve them whole. There are so many possibilities and we offer a variety of flavours to mix and match. Freeze them to have on hand too!

Who likes bagels? I bake authentic bagels from scratch, offered in a variety of classic flavours. Eat them fresh or freeze to enjoy later on. I can also make most of my bagels vegan, with the option of adding my own vegan “cream cheese” (contains nuts) (choose flavour: plain/strawberry/herb and garlic).

Free pick up in Byron or $2 deliver within Byron (London, ON). Cash or e-transfer accepted
