My two must haves for summer 🌞💓

Lavender essential oil body lotion keeps my skin hydrated, soft and smooth 💫 Living in BC I rarely used body lotion because it was humid and my skin didn’t dry out as much. I love using organic cold pressed coconut oil, but sometimes you want to wear a cute outfit or not stain your sheets and this is my favourite alternative 💜

My aluminum free and paraben free deodorant keeps my under arm microbiome healthy and happy and keeps me smelling earthy 💚

Did you know that deodorant’s that contain artificial fragrances actually disrupt your under arm’s natural microbiome? Hi 💖 My name is Taylor! I want to connect with my followers on a deeper level & get to know more about you all as well 🤗💕

🌙 Over the past couple of years, my life has done a complete 180° I was eating unhealthy foods, not exercising, numbing my pain with alcohol and genuinely wasn’t connected to my body or feeling my emotions. I was hanging out with energetically unaligned people, having little to no boundaries & had a very blocked throat chakra. I am constantly working through my trauma and I am in an infinite healing journey ♾ Right now…. I feel very energetically aligned and I am the happiest I have ever been in my whole life 😁

🌙 Wellness changed my life. At a young age, I found myself to be constantly in a state of fight or flight, dealing with constant stress & anxiety. Through breathwork, meditation, healing organic foods, herbs, essential oils & adaptogens, my body has been able to naturally calm it’s nervous system while reducing stress & anxiety levels, leading me to live a happier & healthier life😁 It has become my passion to help share my findings with the world & the people around me who also may be struggling 🤍

🌙 One of my biggest priorities in life is to limit the daily amount of harmful toxins & chemicals that I am putting onto & into my beautiful vessel of a body. So that I can feel and look my best mentally, spiritually & physically. I strive to help others feel the same by sharing my knowledge & personal experiences. I always encourage others to do their own research, while I share the things that have helped change my life. I always offer love, compassion & a helping hand to all. I don’t believe that we are meant to suffer or go through pain alone. We are all in this together 🥰

🌙 We must look inwards to start healing ourselves first, then become a service to others. Something that is becoming more apparent to me is that there is no end line for healing or this journey. We are constantly evolving, growing & learning. I am not anywhere near being “done” my spiritual and healing journey, nor will I ever be. I am much stronger, healthier & more confident than I was years ago. My calling is to accept, love & be non judgemental to all beings & help them feel the same 🧡
