On the farm stand today and probably all week. Finally, there seems to be a pretty good supply of most stuff. Still waiting for tomatoes and carrots.
People keep asking when the tomatoes will be ready. The answer is we need at least another week of hot sunny weather to bring those on. But then there will be lots and I do mean lots.

Open house Saturday 12419 Pilgrim st. A number of people have expressed interest in touring the farm. Everyone is welcome to come by between 10am and noon Saturday 16 Sept. If you can't make that the farm stand is always open and well stocked with tomatoes and cucumbers most days.

Dried lavender from Patty just down the street is now available and you can start pulling the carrots in the containers. Just dig down a bit to see if there is a root big enough. Don't worry if you pull a few too small; they need thinking anyway.
