The Fraser Valley saw:

Detached single family homes for had a benchmark price of $1,500,000- that is a 39% increase from 2020 and a 3.6% increase from November

Townhomes saw a benchmark price of $765,800- a 32.9% increase over 2020 and a 3.5% increase from November

Apartments/condos benchmark price was $549,200- a 25.3% increase from 2020 and 3.5% up from November
