Full job description

This position is responsible for the direction and management of an automated distribution center (DC) including the overall guidance and direction of key support functions in the areas of Human Resources, Finance, Transportation & Administration, IT, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Loss Prevention and Health and Safety. In addition, the GM owns the partnership with the onsite Production Service Support team to ensure stores receive their inventory meeting our quality and level of service (LOS) expectations, as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide coaching, leadership and support to the team to ensure the monthly quotes of sales are met
• Generating new business strategies with seniors and manage the existing accounts
• Recruiting new staff timely and training them
• Lead projects and prepare reports and projections
• Process Customer orders accurately
• Provide post-sales support
